Following all programming of the flags, the BPU will instruct you to move to your reference point, which is a location that can easily be remembered and is permanent. For example, you may choose to use the corner of a sidewalk or driveway. The reference point should be located between 20 and 90 feet from the transmitter and within the boundary. The boundary data will be calculated once the programming is complete. When the BPU displays it is finished, you may disconnect it from the receiver collar and turn the BPU off.
